At Dan Cummins, customer experience is our top priority! That is why we have developed a process that makes purchasing a vehicle pain free! we have a dedicated team of Customer Service Experts that will help guide you through our process.

Whether you start by calling or emailing our dealership, the first step in purchasing your new or "new to you" vehicle will be speaking with someone in our Client Care Center. Our Representatives will be able to assist you with inventory availability, current specials, and scheduling your appointment for a trade appraisal or test drive. Our representatives will keep in touch with you and personalize our follow up process to fit your specific needs. 

When all of your concerns have been addressed and you are ready to visit our dealership, Kathy or Morgan will schedule your appointment to meet directly with a member of our Management team. You can see exactly who you will be meeting with by clicking here.

When you arrive on our lot you will park in our customer parking zone to the right of the big blue building. One of our sales managers will greet you and decide which one of our trained sales professionals will best suit your needs. 

The process moving forward is simple. Your Consultant will help you pick a vehicle that you love, show you the features, and allow you to take it out for a test drive. 

After you have chosen a vehicle that fits your budget and your personal needs, you will head to our business office to meet with one of our Loan Officers. Meet them here! Our loan officers will be able you walk you through your paperwork and options with warranties, service contracts, bank rates, and more.

When your paperwork is finished, your Sales Consultant will answer any additional questions you have about your vehicle and your are ready to hit the road!
